Install Scanner Epson V370 Photo on Ubuntu 18.04

Install required package sane

To allow normal uses to open the program iscan, Add following file, and then reboot

# chmod device EPSON group
ATTRS{manufacturer}=="EPSON", DRIVERS=="usb", SUBSYSTEMS=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="04b8", ATTRS{idProduct}=="*", MODE="0777"
